REDS Energy provides the full services regarding power generation such as electricity production, heat energy production and transfer. List of available power generation facilities includes the following types of constructions:
Power plants for electricity and heat energy production. Can use any type of fuel either solid or liquid and gas. As a solid fuel it is possible to use stone coal, brown coal and biomass, such as wood waste, agricultural waste, etc. Besides the electricity power plant can provide heat energy such as a steam and/or hot water for different processing purposes.
Boiler houses. Power facilities for heat energy production using boilers fired with any fuel. Type of installed equipment can be different depends on purpose of heat energy using. Boilers can produce a steam (saturated or superheated), hot water or heat up synthetic heat-transfer fluid.
Supported kinds of projects – new construction, installation of the equipment in existing buildings, upgrading of existing facilities, capital improvement, redesign.
The general stages of project implementation includes:
Exploratory design. Our specialists studies customer requirements and existing conditions for future construction. Basic technical solution is formed as a result on this stage. The solution includes the list of main equipment with its definite type (e.g. steam turbine, generator and boilers) and preliminary layout of future facility. The selection of the main equipment suppliers is going on this stage as well.
Detailed design. The one of the most important stages, includes detailed engineering of all parts of the facility such as architectural, technological, logistic, etc. The final layout of facility is formed, it contains all of communications between each equipment unit. List of equipment is replenished with auxiliary equipment units (e.g. pumps, valves, fuel feeding system elements, etc.) and with necessary amount of materials (pipes, cables, accessory materials). Result of this stage is complete engineering documentation contains full technical data about the plant.
Main equipment procurement and production. This stages takes its beginning after exploratory design and goes in parallel with detailed design. That allows to decrease implementation time of entire project. Also it should be started in one time with detailed design, because the technical data of main equipment is an initial data for the one of the main parts of detailed design – technological.
Auxiliary equipment procurement and production. After detailed design is finished it becomes possible to order and deliver all accessories and materials to make final construction of the power plant or boiler house.
Construction and installation. Implements on the site, building construction goes according to architectural design, the equipment is established on foundations, units are connected with necessary communications. All works goes in accordance with detailed design documentation.
Commissioning. Group of specialists do the tuning of equipment, coordinating and matching of work of every equipment unit. A trial start of each set is made, common start and loading of entire power plant is a result of final project stage.
